Obituary for David Herrmann

David Herrmann, 75 of Port St Lucie Florida, passed away on July 15, 2017.

He was a Marine and served in Vietnam Nam. He graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University. In 1971 he traveled by boat from NJ to his new home in FL with his best friend Dallas Hopkins.

He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years Charlotte, 2 sisters, Mary Ann Herrmann of Roselle NJ and Patricia Herrmann Moore of Linden NJ, his brother Robert Herrmann of Illinois, and 10 nieces and nephews, 17 great nieces and nephews and 4 great-great nieces. He is predeceased by his parents Edwin and Mary Dennin Herrmann of Roselle NJ and 3 brothers and a sister.

Visitation will be from 12:00 to 1:00 PM on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at the Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City, FL. The funeral service will be at 1:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow immediately in the Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City with military honors provided by the U.S. Marine Corps.

He loved to be outdoors and with our animal friends. He will be greatly missed by his wife Charlotte, our families, our neighbors and our friends.
